Please be aware that a final determination has been made about the claims deadline. The final deadline for completion of your claims is December 27, 2013.  Please complete your claim as quickly as possible.  Claims will not be accepted after December 27, 2013.


Account holders must log into their account at E-Gold (www.e-gold.com), successfully complete CIP (customer identification program), and received login credentials before beginning the claim filing process on this website.  VAP CIP will be available to account holders during the entire claims filing period. 

If you have specific questions about your E-Gold account or the CIP process, please contact E-Gold Customer Service directly, by going  to the E-Gold website at www.e-gold.com  and click the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page to navigate to the Customer Services web form.  E-Gold Customer Services will be able to help you with problems logging into your account, issues with the name or owner of your account, lost pass phrases, deceased issues, etc.

If you are an E-Gold account holder in the VAP group, you may be eligible to participate in the E-Gold claims process.  The first step in the claims process is to complete the Customer Identification Program (VAP CIP).   VAP CIP is now available on the E-Gold website (www.e-gold.com). 

Since completion of VAP CIP will be a prerequisite to making a VAP Claim, we encourage Users to complete VAP CIP as soon as possible.  Users who have already completed User CIP should login to their accounts to confirm that no required actions are listed in their VAP CIP Checklist.


During the claim filing process, most account holders will be required to provide banking information, depending on the country location of your bank account and the anticipated value of your claim.  The forms below contain the required banking information that will be needed when completing the claim.  Please print the appropriate form and take it with you to your  banking institution in order to acquire all of the required information.  All requested information is mandatory.  Domestic ACH will be used if your bank account is in the US.  International ACH will be used if your bank account in Canada, Mexico, and most European Union countries.  International Wires will be for E-Gold account holders with bank accounts outside of the above countries whose payments are estimated to be over $1,000.  If your account value is less than $1,000, you will receive a check.  Below are links to the to the forms.
